4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website remain our property or that of our licensors.

6.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

6.3 Work Product

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reachify Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reachify Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
